why am I paying upfront?
Short answer… This trip will fill up fast! We’re booking campsites, planning photoshoots, and more to make this the product photography trip of a lifetime!
Snag your spot ASAP and purchase photos early to receive a major discount per-photo ($30/photo after the trip). Plus, the more photos you secure up front, the more extras (gifs, behind the scenes video, etc) you’ll receive, for free!
What is your refund policy?
After your purchase, you’ll have 30 days to cancel your order and recieve a full refund. After 30 days, we can only offer a 30% refund. Spots on the trip are limited and it’s important we receive a full commitment from brands upon purchase.
Do you charge any travel fees?
Nope, none! We know how expensive high-quality on-brand photography can be and we’re here to change that! We offer competitive pricing and waive the travel fee to ensure businesses of any size can participate in the trip if they’d like.
What happens after I purchase?
After you choose your pack of photos, check your inbox because you will be receiving an email from me! I’ll review your order with you and provide details explaining where to ship the product(s) you’d like to be photographed. I’ll be available to chat about the trip anytime before July 15th and on that day, the trip officially begins! We’ll keep you posted along the way and you’ll receive your edited images from the trip in roughly one month!
If I purchase 20 images, will you only take 20 photos of my product?
No, we could never! Regardless of whether you purchase 15 photos or 50 photos, we will take extra photos of your product at every location. We know minds can change, so after the trip, you’ll be sent an album with up to hundreds of images to choose from (additional photos are available for purchase)!
PLUS, we’re throwing in additional content like behind the scenes video, boomerangs, gifs, and more!
What if I don’t like the images?
While we work very hard so that this doesn’t happen, we recognize that it is a possibility! We are offering a 100% happiness guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your road trip album, we’ll work with you to take the images you were envisioning in a diffferent setting.
